If Product is Defective:
If you receive a defective item, simply call the manufacturer
for help. If you are unable to contact the manufacturer, send
us an e-mail (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will provide the
manufacturer contact informstion. Please note that you must
return all packaging, manuals, and items included in the original
box, along with a detailed explanation of the defect item,
to the manufacturer within 30 days. Please note that defective
products due to negligence of use will not be returnable.
minirccar.com will warranty some of the products we sell.
However, most of the products that we sell are warranted only
through the manufacturer. If you purchase a product that has
a manufacturer warranty, please contact them directly, or
send us an email and we will assist you in contacting them.
If Product is Resalable:
If the product is in its original unopened packaging, we will
exchange it within 30 days. If you would like a refund, you
will receive one in full, less a 15% restocking fee. All purchase
exchanges and refunds will be minus the shipping. Please be
sure to include all original packaging materials and instructions.
If Product is not Resalable:
If the product has been opened, assembled, painted, altered,
or does not contain all of its original packaging, this is
not a resalable item. If the product is a fuel-powered remote
control vehicle, and fuel has been placed in the vehicle,
then the product is not resalable and you must go directly
through the manufacturer.
You MUST have an rms number to exchange any merchandise.
Our exchange policy is the best on the net! Anything you purchase
from minirccar.com can be exchanged up to 30 days after the
date of purchase! (Items returned for exchange must be in
brand new condition, sealed in their original box with all
original packaging materials and instuctions.) Please note
that if you return a product that is not in brand new condition,
you will be responsible for the shipping cost to send it back
